All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. Each handmade item is crafted with care and inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout

Postal Services USPS- United State Postal Service, UPS- includes tracking numbers

We do not work at the postal service companies. If you are having issue with the shipping please contact the postal service. If its our mistake we will refund your money.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handmade piece! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
No smell
In original condition with all tags attached
Returned in original packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. With a photo of item. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
